The most complex part of medical surgery which are done by the most skilled surgeons on earth defines the art of Neurosurgery. A neurosurgeon does this procedure with his utmost care and skills if any defect happens it cannot be replaced. Many methods of surgery are present and they chooses the perfect method. Micro surgery is the most adopted process of surgery where a neurosurgeon uses a microscope for the surgical process. Radio surgical methods describes the process of precise application of focused radiation on the target area predetermined by imaging techniques.Neuro anesthesia is mainly administrated for patients who are undergoing neurosurgery, hence it will be having adverse effects on brain and spinal cord continuous monitoring is preferred during the entire process. Any type of injury to the spine can be described as spinal cord trauma which could deadly dangerous.Brain hemorrhage relates to stroke where the artery bursts and kills the cells in the brain which also cause localized bleeding.Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery(DBS) is mainly performed for patients suffering from parkinsons disease, two electrodes are placed inside the brain as the patient remains awake during the surgery. A neurostimulator deliver electrical impulses to the electrodes to decrease the symptoms of the disease.

Examination of nervous system mainly concentrates on its responses to a stimuli. The deeper part of examination is done by various types of imaging process as well as radiological process. As the cerebral blood flow and neuronal activation are coupled Functional magnetic resonance imaging technique can be used to detect brain activities. In case of brain injuries computed axial tomography can be used to detect the abnormalities. Cranial ultrasound can be used for babies to detect the problems regarding brain and premature birth and for adults it can be performed when the skull is opened for surgery as ultrasound cannot pass through bones.Positron emission tomography can detect early stages of alzheimers disease and parkinsons disease. The neuromagnetic signals generated by the brain are extremely small which can be detected by the SQUID(superconducting quantum interference device) device and can amplify magnetic fields generated by neurons a few centimeters away from the sensors .MEG provides timing as well as spatial information about brain activity.

The medical care is provided with proper care without any mistakes from the care team which includes nurses, neurologists, neurosurgeons etc…Continuous monitoring is done by most advanced monitoring systems and basic life supporting equipments. Secondary brain injuries  require more concern as changes may evolve suddenly over hours or to days. The medicines could develop side effects depending on patients medical condition. Some could develop medical dependence(addiction) as well as withdrawal(sudden stop) symptoms if they are contentiously using the medicine. Track 11.Neuropathy
The nervous system contains peripheral nerves which are able to communicate each other through the process of electrical impulses and chemical synapses. When this process of communication is damaged or disrupted the condition is referred to as neuropathy. Multiple damage of peripheral nerves is known as poly neuropathy while mono neuropathy describes the damage of a single nerve. Aging, consumption of alcohol, usage of certain drugs, cancers, tumors could lead to this situation, some may inherit it through genes. It could also lead to several complications on human health such as loss of sensation, numbness, muscle atrophy….

Track 12..Neuro Immunology
It is admirable to discuss about the interaction between our central nervous system and immune system which is very much complex by itself. The brain itself creates an immune privilege to protect its own tissue from the damage caused as an effect of eliminating the threat.  The protection of sensitive tissue of brain is done by microglia(sentinels) without perturbing its nerve-cell connections and pathways. The dis-regulation of  immune system and nervous system results in lifelong disorders which are classified under neuro immune disorders.

  1. Just 3min read and it very vital for my fellow,I am a 51 year old female that just found out I have Motor Neuron Disease Parkinson's about a year and half, but I have been having signs of it for years, tremors, depression, body weakness. ECT. I honestly don't think my doctor was reading the signs because of my gender and age. A few years ago I had my shoulder lock up on me and I was sent to a P.T since x-rays didn't show any physical damage. My shaking was getting worse and I began falling. Only when my speech became so bad that it brought concern to my dentist was Parkinson's even considered. He phoned my doctor with his concerns about my shaking and balance problems. By this time I was forgoing shots in the back of my neck for back and neck pain to which once again I was sent to a P.T (although x-rays showed no damage) I was told I had a few spurs which were most likely causing the pain. Here I was feeling like my whole body was falling apart and doctor could not find anything wrong, maybe in was all in my head? My doctor even seemed annoyed with me and things just kept progressing and I just kept it to myself, why bother going through testing and them finding nothing? Well, it was after my second P.T called my doctor about the weakness in my legs and arms, by this time I have developed a gait in my walk and I fell more frequently. Only then did my doctor send me to a specialist and it was found that I had Parkinson's, and that I have had it for awhile. I think because I was a woman that my signs and symptoms weren't taken seriously and therefor left untreated for so long,I was taking pramipexole dihydrochloride three times daily, I Was on carbidopa levodopa but only lasted 90 minutes then wore off.I found that none of the current medications worked effective for me.I got tired of using those medication so I decided to apply natural herbs formula that was prescribed to me by my second P.T, i purchase the herbal formula from totalcureherbsfoundation. com, There has been huge progression ever since I start the treatment plan which will last for 15 weeks usage.all the symptoms and sign has begin to disappear .
